The Leadership Room
A private circle for women at the Director and VP level.
You can handle a lot.
You make hard decisions. You navigate competing priorities. You manage people, personalities and expectations.
And most of the time, you do it well.
But there are some things that take far more out of you than you want them to.
A conversation you know you need to have.
A person who gets under your skin.
A meeting you're already thinking about three days before it happens.
A moment when you know what you want to say, but something makes it harder to say it.
Or something happened days ago, that you're still carrying.
You can handle it.
You just don't want it to take this much out of you.
That's what The Leadership Room is about.

Bring what you're actually dealing with.
Not a hypothetical leadership challenge.
The real thing.
The Conversation.
The Person.
The Meeting.
The Decision.
The situation you're avoiding, anticipating, replaying, or spending far too much energy trying to figure out.
Before each room you'll decide what you want to work on and what you'd like to be different.
That's where we'll start.
We'll work with it differently.
We can spend an extraordinary amount of time thinking our way through leadership situations.
What should I say? What will she say? What if he reacts badly?Am I making too much of this? Should I let it go? Should I push harder?
Sometimes more thinking helps. Sometimes it doesn't.
In The Leadership Room, we'll work with what's happening underneath all of that thinking, too.
Set An Intention
At the beginning of each gathering, you'll decide what you're working with and what you'd like to shift
We'll Work Together
I'll work more deeply with several women in the room using tapping (EFT). If tapping is new to you, that’s completely fine. I’ll guide you through it.
You'll Tap Along
While I work with one woman, you'll tap along with your own situation and intention in mind.
You may recognize your own version of something in another woman's story. Something may surface. Something may shift. You may simply see the situation differently.

This isn't another leadership program.
I'm not going to teach you how to have a difficult conversation.
You probably already know.
We're not going to spend 90 minutes giving one another advice.
And you don't need to show up with a polished version of what's going on.
This is a place to get underneath the part that isn't being solved by knowing what you should do.

Who's in the Room matters.
There will be just 5–7 women.
Women at the Director and VP level who carry real responsibility, are thoughtful about how they lead, and are willing to be honest about the places where they don't have it all figured out.
No performing.
No need to have the answer.
What is shared in the Room stays in the Room.
I'll speak privately with every woman before she joins. Partly to make sure this feels right for you. And partly because I want to be thoughtful about who we're bringing into the Room together.
What I want for you
I don't expect difficult conversations to stop being difficult.
Or certain people to suddenly become easier.
Or you to walk into every room completely unbothered.
I want something more useful than that.
I want you to notice sooner when something has a hold on you.
To understand what's actually happening.
To have a way to work with it instead of thinking harder, preparing more or carrying it around with you.
And to find that, little by little, you can walk into the same situations with less happening inside you.
So you can deal with what's actually in front of you.
Have the conversation. Say the thing. Make the decision. And move on.
You can handle it.
It just doesn't have to take so much out of you.

A little about me
I'm Dr.Sahana Sharann. I've spent much of my career in rooms where the stakes were high - as a physician, healthcare executive, and now Chief Clinical Officer.
My work today sits at the intersection of leadership and the internal patterns that shape how we show up when something matters.
The Leadership Room brings those worlds together.
